SB-8700 Wet Look Joint Stabilizing Sealer is a high-performance, solvent-based, breathable acrylic sealer that enhances surface tone with a semi-gloss finish while sealing and stabilizing joint sand. It’s rain-safe in 90 minutes and features added anti-fungal protection to prevent mold, moss, and algae on the sealer film.

It resists UV rays, stains, water, and mild chemical attacks, and allows for easier cleaning and maintenance. SB-8700 can be applied immediately after paver installation and works on concrete, pavers, natural stone, stucco, and more. Designed for one-coat use, it performs well in extreme temperatures (-60°F to 180°F).

Note: Always test a small area first due to surface variability, especially with natural stone.
