It can be applied right after installation, thanks to its breathable formula that won’t trap moisture or efflorescence. Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, it offers antifungal protection to help prevent mold, moss, and algae on the sealer film—ideal for damp or shaded areas. SB-7700 resists stains, weathering, salts, and chemicals, helping maintain a clean look and making surfaces easier to clean. Suitable for pavers, concrete, stone, and masonry, but not recommended for granite, marble, asphalt, or glazed tile. Always test first before full application.
