Designed for indoor and outdoor use, SB-7700 includes antifungal protection to help prevent mold, moss, and algae—making it ideal for damp or shaded areas. It resists stains, weathering, salts, and chemicals, helping surfaces stay clean and easier to maintain.

Suitable for pavers, concrete, stone, and masonry. Not recommended for granite, marble, asphalt, or glazed tile. Always test before full application.
