SB-1000 PermStik™ is a water-based chip stabilizer designed for permeable paving systems. It binds ASTM #8, #9, or #89 aggregate to reduce chip movement, washout, and surface wear while maintaining permeability.

Its breathable formula allows application immediately after installation without trapping moisture or efflorescence. SB-1000 includes antifungal protection to help prevent mold, moss, and algae and resists stains, salts, and surface contaminants. It dries clear, is freeze-resistant, and helps maintain a clean, low-maintenance surface.

Suitable for concrete pavers and natural or manufactured stone. Not recommended for granite, marble, asphalt, or glazed tile. Always test before full application.
